Hello lovely people,

As you may have seen from the Slower Space chat, our beautiful son arrived into the world earlier this month 👶🏼

To sum up the start of spring, it’s very much been a newborn bubble: cuddles, feeding, tears, nappy changes, sleep… well, a lack of it.

So many feelings that I’m still very much in the midst of, but loving like I’ve never loved anything before!

Instead of words, I thought I’d share a series of photos I’ve taken recently that say more than I ever could.

How has spring felt for you so far?

For me there’s been such a sense of magic and hope. Despite not getting outside much (c section recovery is no joke), just seeing the blossom through the window, waking up to clear blue skies and slowly hobbling to the garden for 20 minutes in the sunshine has been a JOY!

What’s coming up on Slower Space…

🌱 May’s Journaling Club - our next live journaling club is May the 6th. It’s an hour long session with a meditation to start, following by guided journaling as a community. Want to join? Find out more here!

🌱 A brand new monthly seasonal round up! Starting in May, I’ll be sharing a monthly seasonal round up with gorgeous recipes, articles, podcasts, interior/ style picks and so much more to set you up for an inspirational month. This will be for paid subscribers - so keep an eye in your inbox (now I just need to think of a catchy name to go with it!)

Anyway, onto the spring/ postpartum round up…

I managed to get a walk in and just catch the blossom before it disappeared - every single year I forget just how beaut it is.
