How are you?
I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things post holiday, and honestly what’s been a pretty full on couple of months… But, it feels so good to be back and in the space to share and write again, I’ve really missed it!
Our community theme for this month is nurture, and as we move towards the mid-way point of the year, I invite us to reconnect, ground and consider what we’d like to nurture for the rest of 2024 (or even more simply take the time to check-in and take a moment to pause!)

To mark the mid-way point in the year AND a whole year of running the Monthly Journaling Club, June’s session is going to have some little added extras…
Firstly, it will be open to all subscribers (so if you’ve fancied upgrading to paid but wanted to see what it’s about, now’s your chance!) and alongside the usual prompts and space for reflection, I’ll be starting the session with a guided meditation.
Here’s all of the details you need to join, we’d absolutely love to see you there…
When: Monday 3rd of June, starting at 7:30pm (UK time)
How long? Around 45 minutes
Where? Via Zoom (as always your camera can be on or off)
What do I need? Just your journal, your favourite pen and access to Zoom!
One final thing: I encourage you to bring everything you need to get comfy and settled, light a candle, bring some tea - make it 45 minutes really dedicated to self care and carving out time for you.

My online Yoga offerings are back!
I’ve been thinking about the best format and way to make these sessions for a while now, I’ve had this urge to switch things up and I’ve arrived at a 1 hour session where we focus purely on Yoga. This will include Pranayama (breathwork) techniques, Asana (movement), and meditation.
The session will really be geared towards nervous system regulation with lots of different calming techniques included.
It’s open to all levels and beginner friendly.
