Ahh, where do I start.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a therapy update.

A fair bit has happened since, including the fact I’ve actually decided to stop my sessions all together (I’ll get into that).

Over the past 8 months I’ve documented my experience with EMDR therapy, and recently I felt ready to close that chapter. With that, I thought I’d summarise what I’ve learnt, not only from EMDR but many a therapy session along the way…
