Small things that have improved my life
35 things & habits that support me to live a full life
Hey friends,
I feel like I’m playing catch up a little this year and can’t quite believe it’s September, despite being over a week in, so, as we get back into the swing of things post summer, I thought I’d share a bit of a different post today…
p.s. I cannot take credit for this. I saw Emma Gannon share her list of things last week, and if I’m honest it really made me reflect on my own and I thought… Why not share mine with you!
But, before we dive in, I have a really exciting workshop to share with you…
Replenish & Reconnect this Autumn Equinox
As the nights get longer and we enter cosy season, join me for a 90 minute session to celebrate Autumn Equinox 🍂✨
Held via Zoom, this online session is designed support you to reconnect and find a sense of direction and grounding as we head into the darker months.
It combines principles of Yoga with seasonal living, so you can expect a grounding meditation, practical advice and guidance, time and support to set your intentions, some mindful movements (suitable for all levels, I promise!) and a Yoga Nidra session to finish for deep restoration and relaxation.
Everyone is welcome. Whether you join with your camera on, or off. It’s a space for you to get super comfy and feel a sense of calm and steadiness as we head into the new season…
Anyway, onto the list…

I absolutely love this! So much resonated with me – especially eating more protein, because I'm stubborn and didn't for a very long time, but now I am and feel absolutely wonderful 😅 Looking into a Lumie as well, waking up to a phone alarm just isn't setting the right tone for the day anymore. Thank you for sharing <3
Wintering by Katherine May has been on my list to read for ages! It just moved up, thank you
