Brilliant list Jodie! Just nodding along with all you've said, I've just done the archiving of chats on WhatsApp - I've been dreading doing it, I had unread messages from 2017 😳 but, it feels good to have done it.
I think one thing I will take from this year is it's okay to have big emotions. I've always felt so bad for being a sensitive person like it's a burden to others - but this year, I've really come to accept that it's a part of who I am!
I love this list! Especially wear more colour. As a treat to myself I got my colours done at the start of December and I am finding so much joy in making my wardrobe more expressive. Dopamine dressing for the win!

isn’t it! I’m trying to make more of an effort because I’ve noticed it really boosts my mood during the darker months
