I’m currently reading Stronger by Poorna Bell which dives into some of the themes you’ve mentioned here - highly recommend! I’ve just read a chapter and it’s got me excited to go for my swim later today :)

Oh this resonated SO much! I’ve similarly joined a gym recently after a lot of procrastination about it. I don’t follow a plan either, I just go and do what I fancy. I like being in the gym as opposed to working out at home - my home gym area is also my office and my meditation zone so it all gets a bit conflated! I still have a fear about it some weeks but I do usually feel better after going. 🙌💕
